Brilliant Maids arrived on time, and they were very thorough with their cleaning. I spoke with the office for book my clean, so I was able to give them details about what I wanted to have done. The team was efficient and fast. I highly recommend them for commercial cleans! They are professional and courteous. Thanks again for your excellent service!

Yolanda was very pleasant... started out late not her fault ( she was provided the wrong address..stuff happens!) Overall 10 on her customer service. Initial call with Renee was great also and patient. 1st time using and I would use them again

Exceptional customer service. Very responsive, very nice and pleasant cleaners. We are super satisfied with the service we get from them and will continue to use them, we scheduled weekly service after one cleaning.

They were friendly and very good. They did a fantastic job at doing a move out cleaning. The house looked fantastic and smell so good. They got every little corner of the house. I will hire them again and would recommend them.

Update: The company did reach out to me to offer to come clean up the missed area but the tenants had already cleaned it so I was offered a $25 refund. This made me change my review but since I was charged an extra $75 on top of my initial quote of $233, I won't update to 5 stars.

This was a cleaning before new tenants moved in. I looked the house over but didn't think to pull out the stove because they're professionals. Well, below you can see how it looks. They were very nice but I paid too much for this to have been overlooked.
